Just finished a 4 day whale and bear base camp trip with guides Finn and Thomas along with Julian who sadly had to leave after one day and join another group due to an injury in the other camp. Even with just the two guides the trip was amazingly well managed including the food which was well above what I was expecting. Both guides were clearly knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife. We had a very lucky trip seeing almost all the wildlife including a sea otter. We also had two very close encounters with orcas which was amazing. The orcas decided to suddenly turn towards our kayaks despite the guides keeping well out of the 200m distance. The camp was very comfortable and if anything the tents were too warm.Overall the trip was absolutely amazing as were the guides.

Tausend Dank an euch!!!

Did a trip in the summer of 2014 with Allie and Cody. It was a 3-day base camp trip and it was amazing! WE saw so much wildlife, and our group was only three people which meant that we had time to do some really wonderful kayaking form instruction! The base camp was lovely, and felt a bit like "gl-amping," with comfortable sleeping arrangements and three well plannewd meals prepared each day. Educational opportunites were abounded and they were always approached with a sense of fun. The guides were awesome a gauging the groups energy level when making decision about day paddle legs. Awesome adventure, and I want to go back for one of the more rugged trips someday!

My wife and I paid $500 for a one-day kayaking trip for the two of us. Four days before our trip, she broke her collar bone in a cycling accident. Obviously, she was unable to travel that week. We didn't expect a refund, but we asked for a credit for a future trip (so we could go at a later date). All this company would do is offer us a 10% discount on a future trip. Wow, a whopping 10%. In my opinion, that's pretty cold and heartless. I suggest you book with a company that is committed to providing good customer service.
